Meet our Team

Toby Hogsbjerg - Farm Manager
Toby has been working in farm management for over 25 years. Following his graduation from Harper Adams University, his career has seen Toby taken on developing a number of farming businesses across East Anglia, Oxfordshire and Southern Ireland.

Toby is full qualified agronomist with specialities in combinable and root crop management. When he is not busy on the farm, Toby can be often seen training for ultra marathons or riding his gravel bike around the Estate. He also shares the love of his working labradors with his wife Allie who trains and competes.

Kathryn Woodrow - Estate Administrator
​Kathryn grew up on the family farm on the Norfolk/Suffolk border. She attended Brooksby Agricultural College from 1985-1987 where she completed the BTEC National Diploma for Agricultural Secretaries. Upon leaving Brooksby she came to work at The Wicken and remains here to the present day.

James Keith - Trustee
James' family has a long history with Norfolk. As Lord Keith’s nephew, he has been actively involved in running The Wicken for the past 25 years as a director and trustee.
Married to Vicky with grown up children, James has his
own arable and livestock businesses, 12 miles from The Wicken Estate.

After graduation from Cirencester, James' career took him into the grain trade and subsequently to becoming a director in a national grain business for 20 years. James recently retired as director of a national farming company responsible for 30 thousand acres in England. He is also an former trustee of Game Wildlife and Conservation Trust and The Allerton Trust Farm at Loddington.
