We are thrilled to announce that our fourth AirBnB property is officially available for bookings. After months of preparation, this new space is ready to welcome guests looking for a unique and comfortable stay. Whether you are planning a weekend getaway, a family holiday, or a business trip, our newest AirBnB offers a fresh option that combines convenience, style, and local charm. And of course, it is also dog friendly too!

What Makes Our Fourth AirBnB Special

Each of our AirBnB properties has its own personality and features, and the fourth one is no exception. Located in quiet private courtyard, this single story cottage is a great property for a relaxed visit for two people and of course, your dog.

  • Spacious Layout

The cottage has one kingsize bedroom, shower over the bath, full kitchen and an open-plan living area with dining table.

  • Modern Amenities

Guests will find a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances and Wi-Fi.

  • Outdoor Space

A private backyard with a patio invites guests to relax outdoors. The garden is perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks to enjoy the sunset.

  • Welcome basket

Our guests will receive a welcome basket on their arrival to start your stay off in the right way - tea, coffee, milk and other essentials and the bathroom comes with toiletries.

  • Access to the Estate Gardens

As our guests, you will have the opportunity to walk around the formal and expansive gardens situated off the Estate Yard. There are some fine views across the countryside from the lawns.

How to Book and What to Expect

Booking is simple and straightforward. You can find the listing on the AirBnB platform with detailed photos, availability calendar, and guest reviews from our previous properties to help you decide. Here are some tips to make your booking experience smooth:

  • Check Availability Early

Popular dates tend to fill up quickly, especially during holidays and local events. Booking in advance ensures you get your preferred dates.

  • Contact Us for Special Requests

If you have any specific needs, such as extra bedding or local recommendations, feel free to reach out. We aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Nearby Attractions and Activities

One of the biggest advantages of our Estate is its location. Guests can enjoy a variety of activities within walking distance or a short drive:

  • Historic Houses and Nature Trails

The national path, The Pedars Way goes past the end of the Estate drive heading for the Coast. We are 25 minutes from the Royal Sandringham Estate, 40m minutes from Holkham Hall and beach and the coast is dotted with lots of beautiful traditional villages with pubs, cafes and shops.

  • Restaurants and Cafes

There are plenty of fabulous pubs and returants in the area. The Dabbling Duck at Great Massingham is a favourite. Also the Stag at West Acre. For a wonderful country house garden cafe, visit the Apple Cafe at West Acre - they make the most amazing cakes!

  • Cultural Sites

If you like a little art - the coast has a number of renown galleries: Birdscapes Gallery near Holt, The Garage Studio near Ringstead is well worth a visit and for more modern tastes, Houghton Hall has a visiting artist each year.

  • Shopping and Entertainment

Boutiques, markets, and entertainment venues provide plenty of options for leisure and shopping. A trip to Drove Orchards at Thornham is recommended and a day spent at the historic towns of Holt and Sheringham are also worth a trip.
