We would be honoured to play our part in helping you to celebrate that once in a lifetime event - your wedding.  We take wedding celebrations at The Wicken Estate very seriously.  They are special, private events that should be tailored to your needs, your aspirations and your dreams.

To that end, we only host a very limited number of wedding receptions and parties on the estate each year. Let us provide you with your special day in North Norfolk

A Wedding at The Wicken Estate

Each wedding reception or party should be individual and be designed to help mark this significant event in your life.  Each bride and groom with have their own tastes and ideas of how their wedding reception will run, what they would like for their guests - the food, entertainment, style of reception.   So that your day can be tailored just for you, we offer The Wicken Estate as venue.  Utilising the broad range of locations and facilities around the Estate, your reception can be planned just how you would like it to be.

We have a wide range of locations for hosting your reception from the stunning grass lawns that surround Wicken House, the main courtyard and gardens to venues for a smaller gathering such as our unique The Blacksmiths venue.

For your wedding reception we can offer:

  • Lawns for a marquee or outdoor reception 

  • Exclusive use of Wicken House for the bridal party 

  • Accommodation in The Bothy and Clock Cottage 

  • The Blacksmiths with its own private garden
